We ship to destinations around the world. Whether you’re ordering from a major city or a more remote location, your package can reach you. Deliveries can be made to standard street addresses, as well as to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. If you need items sent to more than one address, you’ll need to place a separate order for each location — a single order can only go to one destination.
Where Your Order Can Go
After you place an order, we take 2 to 7 days to get it ready before it leaves our facility. Once it’s handed off to the carrier, the transit time is typically 7 to 15 days. Costs and Fees at Checkout
For packages leaving the US and heading to an international address, the shipment is sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means we don’t collect VAT (Value Added Taxes) or any other import fees at the time of purchase. Any taxes, duties, or customs charges that apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the person receiving the package. Since these charges vary by country, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office if you’d like to understand what might be owed when the package arrives.
International Duties and Taxes
While most deliveries happen within the expected timeframe, there are situations that can slow things down. Public holidays, severe weather, the destination country’s local processes, and the performance of international couriers can all influence when your package actually arrives.
